RE: Hobby City Sailboat Legend
HI:
Some hobbykings sailboats are avalilable at a local sotre here at a incredible price of $150.00 but I check the manufacturing, sails and rigging and can tell you that hte boat is very beatifull and well finished for its price. It really worth the money.
Now, from a competitive perspective, It is a sunday sailboat, just for fun and relaxing, not for competing. You should need to replace sails, all rigging, new bulb with mnore weight, probabnly a longer keel, re distribute the radio gear, etc.
That is my perspective.
If you build your own IOm 1 meter sailboat, you probably will spend the half of that and got a good racer to share anmd enjoy with other racing skeepers.
My point of view.
