?Half Footy?!?!?!

THE HALF FOOTY

think its possible? probbible? Attainable?

just think... if you slapped on a couple micro servos, and micro reciever, you would be fine... and at like 15 a piece, thats not to expensive...

the only thing i can see a problem for is the battery size... which can be changed... but will last less time, and you will have more of a possiblity to die out out there...

just a thought, and if i could ever get one off the ground, i would do it...

Hi
I've got a pic of a 6" yacht with huge sails. It's in Perth AU. I don't think it's RC though. I'll scan it tomorrow and show ye.

Sorry Mate I forgot to do that pic didn't I.
I'ts on this link. It is RC. The guy whp bought my footy told me he put the battery in the keel bulb to act as ballast and it has 1 micro servo and micro receiver. The sails are fixed.

The photo shows an attempt at a R/C "Balmain Bug."
Very difficult to make work since the true, free sailing skiffs have a keel that slides fore and aft to balance the rig depending on the heading relative to the wind.
