As promised, here is my daily report and pictue post.
Today saw the start of the Expert, Master, Team, and Unlimited classes of Top Gun 2011. With the new classes also saw a change in the weather. The strong cross winds of the first 3 days of the event gave way to light breezes blowing straight down the runway!!! I definitely made for a fine day of flying!! With the new classes in the air there was definitely no lack of planes to see in the air today. The event expanded to a full 4 flight lines running to get all the planes judged. So there was never a lack of planes to see in the air.
Ok, enough talk. I know what you all want. So here it is. Here are my daily pictures from Top Gun 2011.......

FLYTOOLOW, You got it! the A-10 and the BT-13 both had issues and were doing IFE landings. I was hoping someone would get the picture, thanks!

I was told the A-10 had a flame out and the BT suffered a control issue of the transmitter/ receiver type. Timing is everything. Made for a few nervous moments.

a-10 had a flame out and the bt-13 lost a reciever. other than being down at the same time, both were in good contol. ( i was the caller for the BT-13). and since both were IN IFE the radios for the flight bosses over lapped . but all was good , only a cracked prop on the bt-13.

I am not going to get into a pissing match with stickbuilder BUT !! I belive the name is Greame Mears !! and all one had to do is keep up with Top Gun after last years event, and read Franks post on RCU !! Sorry Ken !! Keep the pics a coming !!

I agree with ace totally Ken you do a great job alsoI dont think the folks who dont get to travel to florida to see tg know whow close you have to get to the runway you put your life on the line to get them a up close look at our aircraft. Thanks again. By the way any close calls ever have to bail out for the fence? lol
