OMG!!!!!! [X(][X(][X(] It actually has the potential to be an A1-A3. I can't wait to get the specs on that. Setting a set of Sierra Giant gear to the side for this one!

Ramstein, it is an A3, and as good as it looks it flies even better. No disapointments with this plane.

Hell, I wouldn't know.. I only have been building these for over 13 years and only have 67 references.. but my statement is that it has the potential of being either. the scheme may be an A-3 but it could be more.. With a little work (not being satisfied the product out of the box) you can make this up to an A6 if the inner doors for the retracts aren't there.

ESM FW190 was 750 after shipping for just the arf. I have kits that cost that which still require being built!

You can build it as a A4-A6 if you move the cowling 30mm forward and add a spike on the fin

Question, were you in the developments of this plane?? because from the way your post is stated, it sounds like you've flown this already? If so, maybe you can give us more information that the site doesn't offer.

I think the TF 190 looks quite good. Not too thick wingtips either.

Would have been nice to see a photo straight from aside. To see if they got the shape of the tail / aft fuse
correct. And whether they got the rake of the gear correct ( did they avoid the airworld 190 syndrome ? )

That is great! I am glad it isn't a Dora. Just my preference.

That is the most elegant fighter the Germans made. My favorite German plane.

I owned two of he first FW 190 that were in ARF. It was called an Easy ARF, and I still have the original box. Mechanical retracts and my trusty OS 50 FSR. Kraft 6 ch Gold Spec. OMG am I dating myself? Flew great. Wish it was a D9, but I like them all. Wonder what Hacker moter and battery set up it would take to get scale warbird performancefrom the new TF FW 190? Do we know the weight yet? Wallace Tharp

DJ,

So glad to hear that TF is finally doing an Axis plane again- I've asked for years at Toledo if they would, and the answer was always no: "Axis planes don't sell as well." but most things I see on line are people begging for more diversity after all, even though planes such as the P-51D is a work of art- no more of them please- (How about an A-36 Apache next time someone starts a P-51D conversation - but that's just my opinion, and is probably worthy of it's own rant/ thread/ wish-list )
Point being is that this TF FW-190 could be a real beauty with some minor mods for those ARF bashers out there- and either way -right out of the box, it looks to be an enviable plane (even for an ARF)
Great job TopFlite !
