hi anthony
i had take out some of the air pressure , but still as you saw the plane is jumping, less then was, but still.
i need to out more air, to put another 0.5 kg at the nose (it still tales heavy) and try to land 3 point landing , as you saw (Especially in hard track) , it will be better.
next fligth i will know

I can only get a smooth landing with very low air pressure and a 2 point landing.
I also have not tried to land on pavement which I am sure is more difficult. We are fortunate to have a nice smooth grass strip at our club.

Later!!

Shaked,
I have a question, looking through the hole in your firewall I noticed a clamp or bracket, what was that for?
The only thing I can think of was a clamp to hold a tube for air to the carb or air filter.
Beautiful job, a lot of work, I know, I'm about ready to install the servos and cover my AMR Waco..............Ron

Gentlemen,
I've got one of these beauties all framed up.
What would you say it's worth as I've been thinking about selling it ?
Thanks

That's a good question, as you never get what you put into it, It also depends how bad someone wants it.
I would make a guess at $1800.00 to $2200.00 mainly because it is about 1/4 finished
There is covering, filling and painting, rigging the control surfaces, mounting the engine, lighting, getting all the sale detailing done which is the major portion of the build.
After you get everything done then it would be priceless, because you wouldn't want to sell it, at least I wouldn't sell mine, after I get to a point I can't fly it anymore then I will give it to somebody...................Ron

I was offered 6K for mine finished. That just covers the cost.
All you can hope for is to recover your cost in the airframe, your time is lost in the build. Put it up for what you are willing to sell it for and see what happens.

Pacoflyer, East Amherst sounds familiar, I left NY in 1957, we lived in North Tonawanda, I've been in Florida all this time, only been back to NY about three times.
Have a couple relatives left in Sanborn and Allegany, It's beautiful up there.
That Waco is really one of a kind airplane and it will get top billing anywhere you go with it, I hope you reconsider and finish it, I think you will be glad you did.........Ron Gooden

Shaked, It was on your video before you covered the Waco, it was between 4:10 and 4:15 minutes into the video.
I think I figured it out, it is a black colored bracket, It may have been for your electric pump for smoke or fuel.
I am held up on my build because I am missing some parts, as soon as I get them I shall resume my build.
Thank you , Ron

Shaked,
Another great flight she looks really good in the air. Can you tell me what throws you have in the aileron's up and down? It looks like your Waco rolls a bit better than mine.
Later!!
