It's been a year since my last post on this thread and what a year it has been. We moved back to Florida in February and into our house in June. I'm just starting to get things back in motion with regards to flying RC again. Trying to balance full scale and rc has tipped in favor of full scale for the last 6 months or so.

Anyways, here are a few shots of where I am at the moment. Engine is on tail feathers are mostly sorted side door is in and working though a little off in terms of scale hinge locations. Working towards sport scale and looks close enough from afar.

Enjoy, and comments are welcome.

Scott

The latest progress shots. First though, if I had it to do over I would have placed all of the mechanical bits inside the plywood crutch before putting the formers and stringers on. But hey, a plane this big gets me excited. Now I need to get the out side sheeting completed and glassed so I can make a hatch on the bottom out of fiberglass so that I can get in there to place the throttle cable, fuel tank, ignition batteries you get the idea. Anyway here is the fuselage with sheeting and stringers complete. Still need to do the final sanding and blending before applying the fiberglass. I also need to source landing gear.
