How to determine correct tire diameter ? Tiger Moth . Not a math major
I have a Tiger Moth with a 55.5" wing. The actual TM has a 29' 4" wingspan. I can't find the tire diameter of the full scale, and even if I did, I don't know how to reduce the scale.
Can anyone help?

Divide that by the model size to get scale. 352 / 55.5 = 6.34 or 1/6 (One sixth) scale.
Assuming the real one uses a wheel/tire in the 18 inch diameter range, your scale size would be 18 / 6.23 = 2.9 inches.
Unless you're going for exact scale, for a wheel I'd use the "looks about right" method. I'd go with something between 3 and 3.5 inches. Depending on your field, even 4 inches could work. It's a toss up between what looks right and what works on your field. Smaller wheel on pavement and larger on grass.

Kavan wheel, available from Sig.
CB associates wheel, rights owed by Meccoa.
You can get a feel for the size by looking at a few pictures of the full scale airplane. I am also a fan of " if it looks right it is right". To that effect here are a few samples from, Kavan and CB associates that may look the part.
