Hi guys. I am in the middle of a 1/4 scale Nieuport XVII build and I need pinked (serrated) tape to seal the rib stitching on the wings. Does anybody know of a distributor of this tape that will be a good match for quarter scale applications? Thanks for your help.

Many if not most WWI airplanes didn't use pinked tape. They just used frayed strips. You will see pinked tape on full scale WWI reproductions because that is modern practice. You can go with whatever covering you are using if you are replicating a period aircraft. If you cant find any pinked tape you can buy pinking shears at a fabric store or on amazon. Just be sure to get the smallest serration available. Regular pinking shears scale up to a 1/2 inch serration.
