I'd like to share my latest Spoked/wire wheel...
It's been a long a time (more than 10 years) in my TO DO List, but i wasn't ever able to make it, sometimes due to the lack of knowledge, sometimes due to the lack of equipament/tools, sometimes due to the lack of a repeatable process.... So, i've been spending all these years, thinking, trying to figure out a method to make the rims in any size, any shape with ease... finally i figured it out!
Wheel is fully made of stailess stell... rims are 316, hubs and spokes are 302 (HARDDDDDDD as hell), had a bad time drilling through the hub...
A lot of tools were used: TIG, Spot Welder, Silver Solder, Lathe, 3d printer, several lathe tooling, drum sanders, and the list goes on...
Hope you guys like it!

Very attractive. Are the rims rolled or cut from tubing? Are the hubs built up and soldered/brazed or turned from a single piece?

Hello...
Rims are made out of a 0.4mm stainless sheet... a 20mm stripe is cut, butt welded (tig) forming a ring.. that's the start point for the rims...
I developed a tooling set that allows me to bend only the lips of the ring outwards using the lathe.
The hubs can be made either out of a solid piece or in 3 parts silver brazed together.
The first one is machined out of a solid 302 stainless block.. i had bad times machining it, mainly drilling throught it... the later ones were machined out of 1020 mild steel, silver brazed and after all them received a zinc and nichel plate.
