1/3 SCALE TRI-PACER
[WHERE DID THE COMPANY GO THAT SOLD 1/3 SCALE PLANS FOR THE PIPER PA-22 TRI-PACER? I SURE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW SO I COULD GET A SET. OR COULD I BUY A SET OF 1/4 PLANS AND HAVE THEM BLOWN UP TO 1/3 SCALE ?

Your probably thinking about the Bill Effinger plans. Sorry to say that mr Effinger passed away a few years ago and I believe that the plans were sold to someone else. But there has been no further sales which is unfortunate as he had some truly interesting planes to build

THANKS DENNIS, THAT HAD JUST NEVER HIT HOME. IT MAY HAVE PASSED THROUGH AND THERE WAS NOTHING THERE TO CATCH IT.

No, you guys got things wrong. The W.E. plans were sold by the widow just a few years back and are now being marketed by Melvin at Orbit Electronics, 417 Pomeroy Place, Horizon City Texas.
The plans for the 1/3 scale Tri-pacer with 116 inch span is being advertised at $45 per sheet as of spring 2003.
You can try contacting him at [email protected], but it takes several weeks to get a responce.
