Default Pica T-26B info needed

I just bought a Pica T-26B that is mostly completed from a freind, who bought it from somebody else. I only have the wing panel plans, and was wondering if anybody knew what size engines this plane took. I have a supertigre .75 sittin around, I was thinking of trying that. Also, how do you determine the scale? I know that they made a 1/5 and a 1/6 scale version.
Thanks.

Have you brought this subject up at RCScalebuilder? They have a forum just for the various Pica airplanes, and it gets hit quite often. For the Trojan and the Spitfire are two of the popular subjects.

If it has nearly an 80" wingspan, it is their 1/5 scale (really closer to 1/6).

If it is smaller, it is their 1/6 scale.

I really don't know what to tell you. When Pica put together these kits, engines didn't have the power that they have now. That's a lot of wing and a lot of drag. You might be ok but let's let someone else with more experience than I have help you.
