Glenn Torrence (GTM) 1/3 Scale Dr.1 Build Along
#1402

My Feedback: (38)

The re-maiden occurred without incident. . . . . . . and the landing was the best that I have ever seen with this or any other tripe. The engine however did not cooperate - the power output was low and a miss developed followed by a back fire. We pulled the engine and worked on the carb and the ignition pickup sensor. Flew a second short flight but the power was marginal and the flight was cut short. In fact the engine died on the landing rollout and I drug a wing tip skid a bit.
The engine is being checked out by a friend who will probably replace the ignition and then test run the engine. If it checks out ok then it will be reinstalled if not, then a new engine will take it's place.
Then the model will be readied for flight and be returned to its rightful owner, Winterhawk. (aka Lee McDuffee)
Thank you for allowing me into the saga of this project, I appreciate it greatly.
