Midwest AT-6 Set up

I have an old midwest AT-6 coming out of storage and I can not locate the plans or instruction book. Can anyone supply the recommended aileron, elevator, and rudder throws for this bird?

Ailerons 7/8'' up 1/2'' down
Elevator 3/4' up 3/4' down
Rudder 7/8''left & right
Neeed any more info just ask
