Does anyone knows or have any info/photos of the instruments configuration for the Fokker EV/D-VIII? I have seen several kits for cockpit detailing, but none shows the instrument panel.
All I have been able to observe from the copkits kits is the compas (horizontal like in ships), and a manifold pressure gauge. There is also a gas gage that is mounted in a recess bettween the machine guns. Is that all these WWI planes carry for instrumentation? Any information wil be greatly appreciated.

WW1 German aircraft didn't have much instrumentation. The dVIII would have had a fuel guage up front in between the guns, sometimes an ammo round counter a little further back and then a tach between the breeches. The panel would maybe have a voltmeter, mag switch, and fuel cocks. As far as airspeed a lot of planes had no airspeed indicator at all. Some had a spring loaded arm out on a strut and some an anemometer looking device out on a strut. Don
