I did last week with succes the maidenflight of my Fokker D-VIII. Model is at 1:3.5 scale and powered with a ZG-62. Scale gottingen wing sections and all up weight is 15kg.

I still have to add a lot of details but decided to fly her first.

I only used the phillip Drew drawings for the complete build. It's in dutch but there are a lot of photo's. The construction is most as per original except it's in wood instead of steel.

Great Job. My smaller DVIII does the same wobble at the end of the roll out and there are a lot of pictures of real ones on their back. Was it a scratch design?
