Tiny linkage hardware
 

Guys, where can I locate some tiny linkage hardware for static purposes? Looking to add this trim tab linkage on a 1/6 scale (roughly) Sabre. I thought Nelson carried them at one time but it doesn't look like they carry them anymore.
I'll see if I can find a better photo.

Here's a better pic. It's like a small ball link or rod end.

That stuff can be made but I know where you're coming from. For that eye bolt I'd heat wire cherry red on one end then beat the end with a BFH. Then I'd drill the hole, file it round in shape and file the shank down to size. Example: here's pics of strut attach fitting made for a Piper PA-12 in 1/6 scale and full scale photo of item. They are functional. Music wire and brass tubes used. Flats filed on brass tubes to simulate nuts.

Looks like you could fake this with a cotter pin and a small nut.

Hey Sean,

You might try looking at replacement parts for small RC helicopters (like the mCX), or RC car parts.

In the past I have been forced to fabricate thes kind of details from bits and pieces. I use styrene plastic, music wire, G10, and whatever other stuff I can find.

My scale modeling took a major step forward when I finally stopped trying to "buy" something to use and started fabricating my own parts, for example, from wire, or lithoplate, or styrene, or other odds and ends. This is especially true for static details. The problem with "buying an X" is that it always just looks like you "bought and X and stuck it on your model."
