P51 B Canopy
 

Hello,
Building the Topflite P51 1/7th scale model. I am using the conversion kit to finish the model as a B. two questions.
1. The canopy on the B from all the pictures I have seen appears to open on just one side is this correct.
2. I am planning to hinge the canopy, wondering what makes a good hinge and how can I fasten the canopy shut.
