Gee Bee
Someone has a Gee Bee ARF on E-bay. Looks like a nice kit. Does anyone know who makes it??
|
Gee Bee
Kyosho is the only one that I know of who makes an ARF.

Gee Bee
That appears to be the same ARF of the Gee Bee R-2 (1932 version) that is manufactured by ESM Products. Here is their webpage:
http://www.esmproducts.com/products2.htm You can also get them from their North American distributor at: http://www.kmp.ca/esm/products2.htm There is another thread here on RCU about these planes: http://www.rcuniverse.com/showthread...821&forumid=57 Interesting model. Don't know anything else about it though. If it really builds as light as they say... it should fly pretty well.. |

Thanks Andy for the info. It sure looks like the same one. Will call and post the results of what I find out. Thanks again for your help.

Gee Bee ARFs
Rowdy,
THere are several Gee Bee ARFs out there, but I only know of one model Z, by Kyosho. The others are R-2 models. Check out www. kmp.ca they have what appears to be a nice looking 71 in R-2. Also if you go on EBAY to the R/C airplanes gas area and search Gee Bee you will fing another R-2 ARF that does not look as good as the KMP models kit for the same price. |

I talked to KMP and they are expecting a shipment in shortly. I am
on the list to get one. Thanks to everyone who responded to my thread. |
