Have a look at [link=http://www.airliners.net/search/photo.search]airliners.net[/link] - search for Supermarine Spitfire and you will find 1096 Spitfire pictures. :D

I will be painting my TF Spit as MK732 as it appeared around 1950 when it was first repainted as H25 by the Royal Netherlands Air Force. It was a camo design, but different than the typical Brittish look. Later, MK732 was painted all silver as 3W17. The plane still flies today as 3W17. Do a google search and you should be able to find photos of it in various paint schemes.

Hey raptorhellis
try this link. Historic Flying is a company based in the UK that specialises in rebuilding Spits from wrecks. They have done 2 sSpits in the 41 squadron RAF, post-war scheme when they went air racing. It's basically overall silver with red bars across the wings and fuse representing the squadron's symbol The Cross of Lorraine.
Just click the link and scroll down to about 2/3 down. The original plane was nearer to the high backed version (RN201) in the background.[8D]

hope this helps some
