Programing DX7 for twin engine

Hello
I am currently trying to get my throttle set up on my B25 . I have gone into MIX 1 and got the one engine on THRO and the other on AUX 2 .I have figured out how to adjust the radio to sincronize the engines but I noticed when I adjust the trim for idle that only the engine on the THRO moves ,AUX2 dosen't move . Any Ideas ,am I even doing this right
