Looking at the photo section there is some one that is simulating after burners with Led's. And it made me think on the History Channel Dog Fights one of the old veterans was describing looking back at a German fighter shooting at him. He said that the guns twinkled and he thought "isn't that prety". And it occored to me that some one could put Led's in the gun barrles of a model and make them look like the flashes.

Been thinking the same thing. Combined with a sound system should be very realistic.

Maybe look for a strobe unit. They have these for the model tanks.

Hi Guys,

Already been done by John Ranson with his Brian Taylor Spitfire IX. Strobe lights in the cannons. He also has genuine Merlin engine sound + cannon fire sound effects.
