PowerBox Sensor install
Need some advice, I'm building a large scale Corsair and am installing a PowerBox sensor switch with 2 Duralite Plus lithium ion 2150 mah Batt. I would like to conceal the PowerBox sensor switch inside the fuselage. Is it possible to wire in a smaller on/off switch to be installed on the outside of the fuselage to turn on and off the system and still keep the integrity of the PowerBox sensor switch? Any help will be appreciated and Thanks, Larry

RE: PowerBox Sensor install
I don't think that you should do that.
Than you are installing a mechanical switch again that you first deleted for specific reasons. If you want a hidden switch and the same functionality as the powerbox, you should consider the [link=http://shop.rc-electronic.com/e-vendo.php?shop=k_emcotec_e&SessionId=&a=article&Pr odNr=A11050&t=6&c=541&p=541]Emcotec DPSI Micro[/link]. That system has almost the same functionality and price as the powerbox but includes a magnetic switch actuator so you can hide the switch inside your fuselage. Teus |
