8 Channel Rx and Tx module
I have an 8 channel Airtronics receiver that I had Radio South retune to 75 MHz and the accompanying channel 61 module for my 9C that I was planning on using for surface use but I haven't ever gotten around to using it. How useful would it be to hold onto it or should I sell it off since I don't foresee using it anytime soon? I know they are typical used in scale boating applications since car use doesn't really require 8 channels.
Any thoughts?

RE: 8 Channel Rx and Tx module
I am afraid you have a bit of a herring, everything is moving to 2.4ghz, the 75mhz stuff isn't as hot as it used to be
BUT
post it for sale on the submarine forums here or at subcommittee.com
you will sell it instantly if anyone there has a brain.

RE: 8 Channel Rx and Tx module
I know this is an old thread, but if you want to go 2.4, get yourself a Tx module for the back of your 9C and a matching receiver. Check out the following link. This is what i use for my airplanes.

If you wait about another week, FrSky will be releasing their 2.4G telemetry modules, which will allow you to receive information back from the Receiver, including temperatures and other things. It may prove useful in boating applications.

Curtis
