TRCX,
Sort of depends on exactly what you mean by a 'pusher' tug. As in a 'towboat' (rivers, pushes barges, etc.)? Bunch of pictures of them around, and several kits. Any experience in scratch building? They really aren't that complicated, should be sort of easy to design your own ('sort of easy' is relative!). Any pictures of what you mean?

Really not trying to 'pick' at you, just not sure of what you mean.

RE: pusher tug?

TRCX,
I agree with the suggestions so far. The hardest part of building towboats is doing the flanking rudders, they just are not the typical things you find on most boat kits. Not really all that difficult, just different. (Not having any preconceived ideas about rudders, not having build boats before, may be to your advantage - lol.) Most common question with towboats is, "What the @#$$ izzat?". The most common answer to that question is, "That's what's gonna go get your boat when it screws up.". Nice, huh?

RE: pusher tug?

TRCX,
A 'flanking' rudder is a rudder (or two of them per prop) that go in front of the prop. They make huge difference if in reverse, and if 'worked' properly, can make a boat sort of go sideways, or spin in it's own length. I know what they do but be @#$'ed if I know how to describe it correctly. Where's 'Towboatjoe' when you need him?? - lol
