I'm not aware of any RC kits available for HMS Prince of Wales. Tamiya sell a 1/350 plastic kit which may be possible to convert to RC.

The Tamiya kits normally come with a VERY CRUDE drive system for free running, though you can make them R/C. Another option would be to check with the SCALE SHIPYARD. They sell fiberglass hulls and parts as well as plans for lots of different ships. Let me make one thing very clear, THESE ARE NOT A BEGINNERS PROJECT THAT CAN BE BUILT IN A FEW DAYS AND ARE THEREFORE NOT CHEAP.

Ask in the warship section or the boat forum, those guys make their own but also have a wide knowledge of kits or existing hulls that you could buy.

Fleetscale do a hull and plan for the KGV class, 69" long. Not a cheap or quick build, and delivery will probably be eye-watering.
Look at http://www.fleetscale.co.uk/system/index.html and scroll down to HMS HOWE.
