There were two US ships carried back from the Persian Gulf.
The first one, carried by Mighty Servant 2, was the USS Samuel B Roberts, after the ship hit a mine.

The Blue Marlin carried the second, the USS Cole, after it damaged by a terrorist attack.

I have the frames cut(twice) for the Mighty Servant 3.
Took six years just to get some good documentation for the boat.

And there is a small model of the Blue Marlin for sale in the UK.

Also you can buy a hull for the Mighty servant 3 out of Germany.

Several models built in and around the Netherlands.

Hey Umi how much you charge to get a set of those frame's from you or the plan's. :)

The plans are just the general arrangements. The frame data came from a tank test model.
I haven't quite worked out the model frame placement to the actual drawing. That is what the
white model is doing at half size...

If I had to guess, I would say $300 for the frames and plans... that's
a deal considering most shops charge $2.50 a minute for laser cutting.
It takes four hours on the laser cutter to get all the frames cut... [:@]

Check the South Orange Seaport site. www.angelfire.com/nj3/sos/ One of the club members built the Mighty Servant and it does submerge.
