Default RPMTECH AND 1/72 KILO KIT

Good day all. After almost two years waiting for Mr. Palumbo to send either the sub or the money, he seems missing because doesn't answer my messages in his webpage and in his personal e-mail Addres. Also Ian (AKA COSMO) seems to have vanished after some encouraqging messages about solving this situation. As every other things have failed, I tried to contact with F.B.I, because what Mr. Palumbo have done is a fraud in the internet, which is qualfied as federal crime. AS I live in Spain, this attempt was fruitless (at this moment). What I've done now is requiesting US Embassy in Spain and Spanish Embassy in US about what can I do to have the money back. I encourage you all in the same situation to do the same, and people in the States to talk with F.B.I. I can provide you aditional data on people affected by this man's actions. Union makes force.
Regards from Madrid.
Juan Carlos.

It looks like Mr. Palumbo of RPM TECH is back in business under another name on Ebay.

Thank you for the advice. A fellow told me about yesterday at another forum where he's still offering ships models for sale. And here Iam, as more others, wandering what to do to about.

I take it you mean http://forum.sub-driver.com

Not so! He's not advertising on MYforum. You are mistaken.

Yes, it was a mistake from me. If there's anyone that works seriously that's you.

Today, 9 AUG 2012 I received the 1:72 (actually 1:68) Kilo kit + options I had ordered from RPM Tech well over a year ago.
Rick Palumbo had emailed me that it was ready to ship and after a couple of false starts, UPS delivered it today.

Was there any magic in me getting the kit and others not receiving theirs? - not that I know of.
The only thing I can say is to contact him through his web site and work it out with him.

Now you know exactly as much as I know about this matter.

What a shame.
I was going to order a Holland submarine to gift to a friend that repaired my 1/32nd scale Holland submarine.
Does anyone have a Holland kit for sale?

Rick is still in business under a new name as he tries to rebuild his life & get the backordered Kilos out.

He still offers a few subs including the improved Holland if you are interested in ordering one.

Waiting for my KILO. He told me a couple of weeks ago that mine is next. He must be working on it now. Thank you, anyway.

And before anyone goes jumping in to get one of Palumbo's Foxtrots, let's not forget that this boat was a partnership between Caswell, Merriman and Palumbo.

True to form, Palumbo has decided to sell the model without any payment to either Caswell or Merriman, despite the many hours work and money in photo etched prototype costs they incurred.

Glad to hear that. Mr Palumbo still tells me that he's going to send me the KILO. A complete out of series.
