Default flying sub

What if you put two compresed air topedos on each side of the hull of a sub and you dive down and pull up at an angle and blast out of the water i think it is possible if you had a small sub mening at least 1 and a half of a foot or with a big sub more than two you could get some air maybe getting the rudder out of the water you would have to releas a lot of waight before you jumb though tell me what you think.

Interesting,

Well, in order for it to be a sub, the boat needs to be pretty heavy (even for a dynamic diver), so it kinda opposes the idea of lift. Even if you had separate air cylinders, you would have to make more space (weight) for a complicated control system that will allow the air to be released at the same time.
