WTC HELP!!!

What Sort of sealing do you need for WTCs. I am new at making my own WTCs so i need som help.:(

Simmerring (Simrit.de)
O-ring
Stuffing Box (Mikes Sub Works is one)

Linkages
Bellows
O-ring
Can't remember the other types....
