Could you be more specific? My Heng Long has vertical travel, but no horizontal (others have done mods to enable horizontal travel).

there was no static barrel lock on the Jags when in travel

I beg to differ Jagdpanther along with all other German tanks of the time had a travel lock for the gun granted it was internal and obviously more efficient, a few had external locks like Jagdtiger and Jagdpanzer L70 but these also had internal locks.

I would use the term Jagd meaning “hunting” to describe several tanks but people wouldn’t have a clue which I was refaring
