I am thinking of adding a Panther to my motor pool. Has anyone had any problems with this guy?

I had a gearbox problem that Mato fixed asap. Sent me the replacement parts free and it's been running strong ever since.

The HLPanther G, airsoft was my first RC tank, bought last summer.

It came from Mato and has the metal gearboxes.

Mine did have a number of broken plasticinternal parts that I found when I stripped it down for painting. It was like they used a 3/8" drive impact gun to install thescrews

I spent some time putting the "puzzle" back together with super glue, then reinforcing it with epoxy, it all went back together well and works just fine. Probably not all are like that, it wasn't a big deal for me, I think it is one of the things that can be expected at the price point but my other HL's do not have this issue. Would this keep me from buying more? Not at all.

I find the HL Panther G to be a "good runner" and a lot of fun to operate.
