Go ahead , rub it in !!!!

As a matter of fact ; I was born and raised on a farm land , not unlike this one ; but at the other end of the continent ....In the Gaspe peninsula ( Eastern Quebec ) ....
Although Sudbury ON. is by no mean a large city ; I sometimes feel chocked in .... And I don't plan to retire in here either ....

Wow, those are nice figures. Can you mass produce them or are they one of a kind?

The figures are semi-scratchbuilt. I have moulds for various component parts which I then assemble/modify and paint, making each figure unique.
I have been selling them for £30 (about $48 USD) + p+p a pair.
I have a few ready at the moment so if anyone is interested please PM me

Thanks
Frank

Seeing the car posts from BIGTONY and Airbrusher, lead me to post this.
This is what competes with my "tank time" during the warmer months.
These are "his & her's
Her's is blue, mine's the black one;

Nice rides Glen. It would be hard to think about tanks crusing on those.
We had an "Army" birthday for my son's 6th. I think my love of tanks has rubbed off on him, he requested a tank cake. This is what my wife came up with.
You could eat everything but the tracks, they are from a HL Tiger.

Thanks, it was very tasty.
Her best cake was a semi-truck load of radioactive ore, rolled over into the Dolores River, spilling toxic stuff into the water.
She made that one for an environmental groups fund raiser dinner.
I didn't get pix of it.

Got any Golfer's here...?
You might like this.It is a little classic 1975 Club Car "Caroche",and one of my favorite posessions.I have had it for over 10 years and used it a lot the first few years i had it.Now i just mostly run it around here at home.A lot of the local courses here will not allow private cars on the course.(they say it has to do with their insurance ).Everything still works but is now in need of a new battery or two.

Hope you guys had a nice holiday weekend!
We spent ours on the lake with friends riding Seadoos & showing the Chinese what real BBQ is about. The guy shown in the photo below arrived in Rolls Royce Phantom & left in a Maserati. Talk about riding the wave of China's growth! [:-]
PS - Why not post this thread as a sticky so it doesn't get lost in the forum?

Spent the weekend at the Galt House in Kentucky, had a lunch cruise on the Belle of Louisville and watched fireworks from our hotel room ...
... on the 20th floor.
Then, today we celebrated my 52nd birthday with t-bones on the grill, cake and ice cream.

This looks like it could make yard work fun.
All it needs is a snow plow attachment.

Okay, I need someone to talk some sense into me.

For a few months, the temptation to go to a semi-Tank graveyard is killing me, (I say semi because I've been told many of the tanks may still have keys in them and are still functional.)
I'm more curious to see what tanks are there and I'm almost certain that they'll be moreturret-lesstanks than there will be complete ones, but judging by thearealview....I may be wrong.
It's not gated, guarded, nor is the site in public view but is certainlyaccessibleby the public.....if it werewidelyknown by the public. Fortunately in my case, I happen to sell a car to a government contractor who was revealing littleknowns about the local area. Once he mentioned tanks, he had my full attention. He even confirmed again that anyone can drive through it......but he kept repeating...DO NOT GET OUT OF THE CAR.
That's going to be my problem. Will it be worth havingassaultrifles pointed at my face and the possible legal ramifications? I'm thinking yes, but my pockets say hell no. lol

I think I may have missed my window of oppurtunity. I should have went there yesterday during the 4th. Lots of people off duty. But I'm tempted to make it there this Thursday....if anything, just to drive thru and make plans to get out some other time. Many of the tanks are demolished, I can tell. That's because many of them have been test bombed....but I can still see many of them with turrets intact....
Some have my curiosity up really high cause the barrels on some of them are extremely looonnng.
