I wonder if the duck bills could be pulled off theses tracks and added to the stock ones (I would be using them on a Canadian Firefly)

The duck bills are a completely seperate peice so you could use them on any track with the same spacing but the pin size is much larger than the original plastic track. Look at the picture I poststed of the pins. The new pin is on the left and the stock track pin with one end connector is on the right. You would some how need too close the gap in the holes too use the ducks alone.
I suppose you could close them completely with JB weld and redrill them too what ever pin sixe you need too use. That would not be that difficult to do but taking all the duck bills off the new tracks WOULD be a pain in the neck but doable.
