Default Asiatam? Are they Closed?

I am asking only because I placed an order with them on 10/05/11 paid PayPal and have still not recieved a conformation or tracking number. Hang usually contacts day of or day after order is paid for and usually ships 24-48 hours after that. Is it October Fest Holiday maybe?

Hope they answer you...I sent an email recently asking if they remove the VAT for those of us ordering from the USA (or Canada) and have yet to hear back from them.  I'd like to get some of their smaller parts.

They removed it on my recent order. Had to write to them and they sent me an updated invoice.

I finally got my email back today.  Yep, they take off the VAT, but you have to place the order via email.

Maybe they're just slow to respond.  I did have a problem once where an order was missing something, but they fixed it pretty quickly.

Still no answer. I did make my payment through PayPal, but I really do not want to lodge a complaint if there is a holiday? Although it has been over 10 working days since I paid for my stuff and I still do not have conformation of shipped product or e-mail from them?

Try emailing them (request a read receipt) using the email address that comes with the account creation confirmation email.  I've never had any luck using the web form on the "contact us" page.

That what I did. I used the e-mail address from the last order I placed and the e-mail address form PayPal. Still no response as of right now. I am going to give them until this Wednesday. It will have been 10 working days since I paid them. Should have gotten something by now? Last order I placed with them I received a conformation and tracking number for shipping in just two days. Received my order in just 10 days.

Finally got a tracking number and conformation that my order was sent. I am not sure if it was my last e-mail or not? In my last e-mail I told Hang/Asiatam that if I didn't receive a conformation/tracking number for my order by this Wednesday I would need to go to the PayPal resolution center to see if I would be able to get my payment returned. Maybe it worked, but I really do not like having to escalate. All I need is communication to be happy with a vendor. I responded to Hang/Asiatam with my thanks for finally responding and told them that maybe in the future they should at least consider setting an expectation level by letting me know that in 3-5 days they will be shipping an order. That is all I need to not worry. Hope this helps smooth things out for future orders?

Good and encouraging news! I just hope there's no issues with the order now since it was so hard to just get a reply from them.

BTW, what website link were you using to order this/these from? I'd like to get some of their products, and browse around too.

Matomart in Canada sells some copies of the Asiatam stuff, but it is still almost the same price. I paid $108 U.S., included the shipping, for the Asiatam metal road wheel set, which includes the return roller, all with separate rubber, and includes a Drive sprocket set and idler set with bearings. Matomart's only has the road wheels and return rollers with separate runner for $89 U.S. and shipping was $15.
