A little entertainment for your Satruday evening
I just wanted to share this with my RCU buddies...
For those of you who have the Encore cable TV channel there is a treat on tonight. At 10 PM EST the D-Day epic "The Longest Day" is on. Having just come back from Normandy with Steve & Dennis, I just have to watch it, even though I have it on DVD. Then "Tobruk" is on and after that it is "Raid on Rommel". That should take you thru to 5 AM or so. If you missed out they should repeat them durng the coming week.
Fire up the DVD or VHS(old schoolers) recorders and save them for later... Enjoy, Bob

My personal favorite WW2 movie is Sahara with Humphrey Bogart. I just love the M3 Lee tank I swear I am gonna model one from a sherman and sculpt a TC who looks like "Bogie" some day. Also in this movie is a very young Lloyd Bridges. See yall tomorrow.

Sound good Jon. Good luck with the build...if only I had the time. Bogart was great in that film. Jim Belushi did a Sahara remake....have you seen that one? It is excellent.
