I cut it twice and it is still too short!!!!! That about sums up my carpentry skills. Seriously though it probably wouldn't be too hard to make something like that.

LOL. I have a lot of scraps of different materials in the garage that are too short. I have felt various drops in testosterone in my life after doing said procedures. ................. My favorite lie, erm line is honey I have to run to home depot again I forgot to pick up the right size 2x4.

Ah yes by kit I meant the turret and accessories,  The turret should be relatively easy to convert to a standard Soviet KV-2 as well which is what I was planning on doing. I say planning as it would seem I plan lots of projects but never seem to finish any of them.
