Default Forum keeps logging me off

I'm posting this here because I can't post on the error thread. 1. It took 4 tries to finally log me in. 2. Once logged in I selected one of the threads and it promptly logged me off. When it does there is a cycle, I hit sign in, it takes me to my profile, Then to the RCU home page then when I select the forums it promptly logs me off again and the cycle starts all over. The upgrade looks fine, it just wasn't ready for prime time yet.

Same here.

I get the sign in prompt which goes direct to profile as already signed in, then no matter where else I go, I need to sign in, but again can't, because I already am. About every fifth time, it allows me to write.

I am in the same tank. It keeps shutting me down and not letting me post anything. Every once in a while it keeps me signed in, but will sign me out when trying to do something. VERY FRUSTRATING! Not at all good for my blood pressure.

The cookie removal worked for one session, then the next time the whole roundabout started up again. All it accomplished was cheesing me off because now I'll be asked to log in on everyother website I go to.

I like the new format when I'm on, but I'm quickly finding the task of getting on pretty tedious.

Sorry about loosing you cookies

Seriously, there should have been the option to toss the cookies as specified (anything with RCU the name).

STILL having trouble when I revisit. I also tossed the bookmark and made a new one, but still have to click a few extra pages before the site remembers who I am.

Sorry guys -- just saw this thread. I know you've been having trouble getting to the real bug report thread http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/foru...orum-here.html but hang in there. Please continue to report issues there as other threads will be read infrequently/maybe not at all.

As to the login issue, for now, if you have trouble please continue using the clear cookies workaround.

Our techs are working to resolve the login problems once and for all.

Thanks for your patience!

It's not the first time I tossed my cookies...

I couldn't do it via RCU, I kept getting bumped back to sign in each time I tried to change anything in the profile or settings. I ended up going straight to Safari and I could have hunted down any RCU ones, but there was over 2,000, so I figured it was time to purge them all anyway.

I broke down and cleared all the cookies in my Explorer browser. The frustration is now gone.( I think)
