Default Atak Zimmerite Glue

Hi All,
Just received the Atak Zimmerite kite for the HL Porsche turreted KT from ETO Armor. It has some of the molds specifically for the HL with cut outs for some of the molded on pieces and slots for the add on pieces. All in all, I'm very happy with it.
The reason for the post is to ask what others had used as glue. The instructions mention "Micro Liquitape ", but the only item I find under that name is not a permanent adhesive. I would like a Permanente glue, but one with a bit of working time and won't melt the Zim. Any ideas???

Thanks again.

Jim

I just finished my HL KT and used a can of contact cement from Home Depot. It has a working time of about
30 minutes and is used to apply counter tops and such. Coat both surfaces, line up carefully and press together.
Works great.

Modelbob,
What is the working time of the pieces, ie, can you move the different pieces around once attached or are they permanently fixed as soon as contact is made?

Thanks
Jim

If you partly touch it down on one edge lightly you sometimes can adjust it slightly, but you can't slide it around. Once it's all down
it's permanet. Practice with some scrap to get the feel of it. I filled some small cracks and edges with spackling paste and it
never showed.
