Still working on it, but I've finally got split rim tires that work for these trucks.

The Flysky 3 channel radios I use on these trucks are now on ebay for $32.50 for one, $31 each for two, with free shipping. I just ordered two more, and you can find them here

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Flysky-FS-G...72.m2749.l2649

I have nothing to gain here and I'm not advertising for anyone, just letting guys know that this is about the best price you'll get on these, and they usually go for $40 to $45, plus shipping.

If anyone finds them for less, please let me know.

There's supposed to be a video here, but once again, RCU has decided to "improve" the software so now nothing works. Great job, lads.
If you want to see the video on the new 1/10 Jeep it's up at my youtube channel

When will people learn, if it ain't broke, don't freakin' fix it!!!!!

Has anyone figured out how to post video since the latest software "improvement"? I've tried everything I can think of and can't even post a link, let alone put the video here.

OK, i give up. Here's a link to the channel, if that works

Is it the wheels and tires too, or just the "rims"?

Actually both. I have rims and tires in pairs for the rear and front and rims for just the rear up now and more as I get time.

Oh man! I missed that you guys were carrying the trucks now! A nice selection so far too!

Any plans for Tagien specific upgrades? Like metal gears for the JJRC diffs? =)

It is a possibility yes, we are directly working with the factories now so really it just depends on demand. I've got a lot more coming too, just we got the shipment in right at Xmas and we are still dealing with the Xmas rush so I'm putting parts up as I get a chance. TONS of accessories are on the way too, from sandbags to bed rolls. There are over 70 new accessory skus I added yesterday alone actually. All will be in 16th scale of course.

So will all the sandbags and stuff be under accessories in the truck section? The tank sections don't really have an accessories section. I was looking at what's up so far and it's all good stuff. I just got the canvass top for the Jeep and it's eventually going to be a very cool addition. In fact, the only thing you have listed so far that I don't have is the canvass cover for the HEMMT. Is that one specific to that truck or will it fit the Q60? The best part is that, once it's complete, your truck line will be one of the most comprehensive, covering pretty much ALL the truck parts available, and you're U.S. based and that's good for many reasons, quick shipping time being my favorite. I've got a LOT of truck projects waiting in the wings, so I see quite a few parts orders in my future.

And Chase, you would've known if you had been paying attention at our other forum. I did a complete thread there, titled "Imex is now carrying trucks". I would've started a thread here but I figgered Erik would want to do that, but I know he's way to busy to keep up with more than one tank forum so I try to keep the guys at our other forum up to date on stuff like this. And it's good to see you posting more, Chase. Your talent has been missed.

Heh, yeah I know. I had just didn't have the heart for it after my friend passed. Last thing I did was finish the truck he was working on.

I agree that having a trustworthy US based source for these parts is a huge plus. I have started to feel the itch again, so this will probably help me get off my duff, and start working on RC again.

And Erik , I can't wait to see what you guys come up with to offer!

Yea the HEMMT and Willys have their own specific canvas tops. The GAZ-66 and M35 6x6 also can use a different canvas listed, but those 3 are just for those trucks atm. We do have more trucks and parts coming. Bossman is in China now actually working on some stuff. The accessories will most likely go in the tank accessories page but with so much stuff I might create a new category for stowage and the like. We even have log armor for the sides of tanks in multiple sizes as well as a ton of canvas items like muzzle covers, drapery, barrel wraps, etc.
And yes, Xmas sucks around here for us. It is easily 2-5 times as busy and I have the same hours and labor to get it all done. I also run a lot of stuff in the back of IMEX too so I'm always busy. I don't think I've had a real (or half day off for that matter) day off in at least 2 months or so actually.

It was a joke actually. The "rim" is just the outer hoop of the wheel assembly. The round thing you bolt on is a "wheel" or "wheel assembly". All the ricer kiddies call wheels "rims" these days and it seems to be bleeding over.

And the latest project is ...

And here's a short bit in action

So does anyone want to do anything like this? I was thinking of doing a separate build thread, what do y'all think?

Oh yeah, here she is haulin' a 14 pound JS-2. |I doubt a king or Jagdtiger would fit on the trailer, and they might be too much for it to pull, but so far she's done real well with all I've thrown at her. I think the GAZ will do well for me as a tractor, but I'll only be hauling a 6 pound plastic Sherman so I hope I won't need the extra axle.

Great Looking tractor and trailer Gary. I'd like a M25 would this be a good rig to make one from?

Best regards,
Bob

in that case, I think it would probably work pretty well, but I think I would go with the jjrc truck instead of the wpl.

kind of strange M25 refers to the combination of the two together M15 trailer and M26 tractor

The M25 Tank Transporter (G160) was a combination 6x6M26 armored heavy tank transporter/tank recoverytractor and companion 40-ton M15 trailer introduced intoUS Army service in Europe in 1944–45. Manufactured by Pacific Car & Foundry Co., it was a substantial upgrade over the Diamond TM19 transporter/trailer duo introduced in 1940.
