Hi Bob,
thanks for the compliment. The tracks are self made...but not scale. I made tracks that work perfect and look semi scale. Its a very powerful tank you can drift with.
The interior is almost complete. Including adjustable seats and lighted instruments...

Very impressive! Thanks for the interior shot. I like the tread plate inside -is that self made as well?
I have built a 1/6 tank with 1/4hp motors and it is very powerful. I cannot imagine how powerful a 1/4 scale model is!
Thanks for sharing this fantastic project.

Hiya,
given that this post was back in 2017 I thought this would be the case. Sadly it is the M113/M579 I am after as it was what I operated when I was in the NZ Army. By any chance have you got any working drawings/plans I might be able to use to build my own down here in New Zealand?
cheers,
Rod

Hi Rod, sorry I can't be of much help on this, but I did find you a "Kindred Spirit", so to speak, and he seems to also be a fan of APCs. Here's a link, you may be able to learn a thing or two here.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help, but Good Luck with the project and please keep us posted.

Hi Rod
This link might be of interest, though Havoc is due to close down this month, so you'll need to be quick - Cadillac Gage T50 Turret - 1/16th & 1/18th Plans -
