Unfortunately nope. I'm still on my Jagdpanther build and a year ago or so I had to have the periscopes for it. Ouch... and there was nothing else I needed at or in the near future.

I even checked ETO Armor and Forgebear for you and saw nothing.

Just how bad did it turn out? Can it be rescued any? I managed to get mine on the first try... small cuts and the hatch was hallow so there was some filling but it did avoid the $75.00 expense.

Let me know if I can help.

Dang that is OCD. Get yourself a SLA/DLP 3d printer and design and make your own stuff. I do and its a lot of fun

That isn't as bad as you might think and I wouldn't trash it! Maybe "sleeve" that pin and then gluing it straight would be one way. I concealed a smaller O.D. steel pin inside, so it was a lot smaller than the stock ends are.

And thanks John for the kind words. Advice is a lot easier shown than told, especially for a below average builder like me. And talk about OCD. I cannot leave anything alone!

I'd find a rod of some sort and brass tubing that fits snugly but slides smoothly over it. make oversized holes large enough for the tubing
that allow for movement vertically and laterally. Shim the tubing with thin slices of plastic until you have the alignment the way you want it then
glue them in place. Fill 'n file with the putty of your choice to conceal the innards.

Veeola, done.

My rear hatch is not that tidy either, worse than yours, but still works anyway and I used a touch of museum putty to keep it from flopping around and stay closed.

My Jagd same model as above, different decals: Misaligned hatch build up like yours, still works. Really did not consider it a problem until I read your post. Paint finish will hide some build sins, so, this hatch is OK enough for me. I would not get hung up over what you have going on. Regards, John

Instead of making a new post ill just see here. Would any one happen to have extra little grill covers for the rear of the jadgpanther? They come of the 0006480 spruces but i only got 2 of them ide like to have 2 more if i could to cover all 4 grills on the back of the tank. If you do happen to have them leme know what you want for em.

This is the same photoetch set that I used on my Jagdpanther.
You can have this set, new in the bag, for free, if your in the Continental USA.
If not, to much trouble to mail overseas, so forget about that.

Close but not quite. I have the little metal bits. Tamiya includes them with the kit. Im looking for the little plastic luvered covers that go over the metal screens. But i do appreciate the offer : )

Now your clear and believe that part is an engine vent cover for a Jagdpanther equipped with a crew heater. They only used two of those covers. Research and look at photos first, just a thought.

John's right, only two used on the right side but if you still want them I can drop them in the mail for you... as long as it's here in the states.

Just drop me a PM to where they need to go!
