Default Clark tk 40 neutral gear ?

Stupid question, does the tk 40 have a neutral gear? And if it does how do I get out of it ?

Switch C is flipped UP from its center position and then back down to center. You should hear the sound of it engaging. That engages and disengages the transmission.
