I wish they had the print bed size info on the stuff at Cults. A lot of the time it's posted on the Thingiverse site. That IS-3 would be an interesting long term project, but not sure if my printers can print it.

I watched the video it looks like the hull was printed in 11 sections and screwed together and the turret in one so I would say on the turret a printer bed at say 300 x 300 for that size .
Ok looking at the turret more in the video you can see it was printed in half then epoxy together before seam line filled in .
Thanks
Jimmy

I watched the video also, but I couldn't tell if that turret was two or 4 pieces. It's only like $17 for the files so I might just D/L them and see if they fit. If not I could always have the larger pieces outsourced.

I just asked the designer how big the minimum buildplate should be.
Will let you know as soon as I get an answer.

Seems he already added the info. Parts are basicly designed for 300*300 but files for 220*220 are added.
If it not correct, just let me or Yerat know. He will solve it quickly

The turret exists of 4 parts, the hull of at least 10 parts by the way.
For engines he used front windshield wipers of a car

As a first generation German-American it's in my DNA to mess with the French, but this is actually a pretty cool tank. Both videos were cool. I don't usually care for modern tanks but I think this is one I might like to build one day. If I live that long.
