Looks really good. Gives a very different finish compared to a FDM printer.

Happy new year to everybody! Here the website of Stefano aka Gulliver’s factory. You can find contact, pictures and so on. Actually the site is in “wip” but you can also find good stuff.

This may well be a very rare example of a 1/16 model being faster than the 1/1 original.

what type of powder are you using to sinter the parts?

Pitstain its a sintered Nylon material. The raw material is a powder. The printing process fuses (sinters) the powder together. It makes very strong parts. Curious on how much the printed parts cost? Shapeways here in US offer a Nylon like this - I've used it and its incredibly strong and not super expensive. The downside is it is a bit grainy - fine detail stuff is not recommended. For gears, rollers, track links etc is fine.

Great looking Matilda!

For detail you can see The tread about the Semovente 75-18 m40. The tank top hull is 95% Nylon sinterized or you can take a look to the wheels and idler. In Italy this technology is quite expansive, especially on big parts. For have a good price you have to order a lot of the same item.

Actually we find a Nylon that is more smooth. Not like resin surface, but not bad!

The 3 pictures on top are the suspensions of the Ariete 2 tank.
a guy asked us to make the suspensions for spare parts cause the original were made with fdm printer.
