I am very impressed with your mod. I should have known you 3 years ago after I burned my 3 helongs on sand. so now you have no overhaeting problem after hardplaying on sand?? I played my last hls on sand in summer when it was about 36 degrees.....how about yours?

14 years later ,post still alive !
tank stop turning left or right fan and heat sink mods did nt help

Default board still alive , controller bad

finaly , the air cooled control boars is still alive 14laters,
it is the remote transmiter that has broke ,stop turning side ways .

have odered the mato metal upgrade gears-bushings kit , lasted 10 minutes was well grease *** ???




so ordered this year the waltersons steel gearbox full bearing changeable ratios,
seam good till now ,well built , happy ,
came with puller too

made a new grease guard in one peace and installed 2 capacitors on each motors , was`nt included




had to install 2 capacitors each motors , was`nt included

If you can get hold of the Walterson's Brass Gearboxes you will find that they will outlast the metal ones by a very long way..
