Default Tamiya King Tiger track tension

Am now building a King Tiger and got the wheels and track on one side. I got the upgraded wheel bearings, track idler system, driveshaft support bearings, reduction gear set and modified idler axles from Axel's Modelbau.

Can anyone supply a pic of how the tracks "hang" on a KT or is there a rule of thumb? Have a set of metal tracks from KK on the way.

Also, the new idler wheel axles that came with the upgrade don't fit. When the screws are tightened on the idler wheels, the wheel won't turn on the axel. Anyone else experience this? Is there a fix?

Thanks in advance for any replies.
