We noticed the plastic tracked pz III's kept throwing tracks but the metal tracked pz III didn't. I am going to follow a suggestion from DAK and make my Sherman Tamiya electronics portable and I decided to make this PZ III the tank that will receive it. I have 2 more pz III metal conversion kits here, it will get one. Thanks for the compliment Dennis, that and the Sherman have the most hours into them and the Sherman still needs some detailing.

you can see that the track went off after going over the last bridge thing. they tend to keep them till you stop :P

Seems a good paint job, got any high quality stills the vid was a bit blurry. The speed of the tank seemed way too fast, does it have the proportional controls like the tiger?

Looks like you guys have fun with your tanks, is there a battle unit for the HL tanks?

cheers
Conrad

The metal option ( tracks, idler and primary) slow things down on the pzIII and make it more robust. A few people have had their plastic idler wheel disintergrate also. Here is the build thread with pics for the Sturmpanzer III ( Panzer III N ) :
