jagdpanther gearbox/suspension problems
i got my new hl jagdpanther a week ago and its gotten a decent amount of use seeing as i hadnt had a working tank for a while(not in bits) one problem thats appeared is that on the right gearbox the axel of the last gear keeps working its way out of the nylon parts ive put it back in twice but its worked its way out again any ideas on fixing this? i want to upgrade to metal gearboxes at some stage but i need to fix it until i can afford them
the suspension onmy jagdpanther is way too soft at the front and dosent recover 100%when pushed down have now bought new stronger springs but have no idea how to fit them any one done this?

Are you saying that the gear is moving on the shaft? Did it split? You can use some CA to secure it but once broken or loose they're usually kaput. As for the suspension, wasn't there a thread a few weeks ago of guys clocking the springs like we do with the Tigers?

RE: jagdpanther gearbox/suspension problems
Hi
I posted a thread a few weeks back that had the fix for the Jagdpanther suspension - see link below. However, there are several suppliers now offering stronger springs as another option.

Hope this helps

Hallo Daisycutter Redux
Firstloosen the hub covers with some sharp small tool, they are not cemented. With a Phillips screwdriver unscrew the fixing screws and disassemble the wheels. Unscrew the suspension arms with a 2.5mm Allen hex key and hey presto! you have access to the springs if you want to clock or replace them.
