Default I want a Tank Please read

i have been interested in Tanks for a every long time and up till now ive decided to build me a tank. I am a Huge video game Fan such as the call of duty Series, Medal of honor and I got tons of war movies from wwII. Where do you get these tanks at? do they come RTR or can you buy Kits? Nitro or Electric? im not sure wich one i want right now im looking for a Site so if you can provide me a link that would be awesome. im not sure how much you need im on a budget of 300 or less not sure if that cuts it in the RC tank world. im into nitro cars and trucks and 300 bucks doesnt cut it for anything.

would like something fairly big

1/16 is around the same size as a nitro car. Give or take a little.. it also depends on which tank. Some are bigger, like the King Tiger(big) vs the Panzer III(small).

Well you can get bigger ones. 1/16 is the most common scale. If you've got deep pockets, you can get 1/8, or 1/6 kits. (BIG!) Those tend to run in the thousands of dollars though.

here's a 1/6 size comparison

You could go 1/4 (if money is no problem).

Capone, you have to consider that the relative size of a pickup compared to a tank is quite small. Don't let the 1/16th scale fool you. They are a good size for running about. My King Tiger is about the same size as my RC 10 GT was. Of course this is probably the biggest RC tank in kit form or RTR that is available but the others are at least the size of a 1/10th buggy.

Sorry, my friend, I don't register on any sight just to look. Obviously you have a little to learn about business.
