Is the Heng Long Tiger up to scale?
From the pictures, it looks like the whole turret is a lot smaller than it should be. Isn't the Tiger 1 turret bigger?

The barrel of course is in recoil position, and the turret itself is not asymmetrical. But, the turret is alot larger than pictured from that angle. There's plenty of alterations Heng long has done, but I don't think the turret itself is drastically far off from scale if at all.

If you take an HL Tiger and place it next to a Tamiya Panther, it seems just ever so too small. Very close but I'm not sure really. I will have to check some of my books and take a look for my self.

Yes I know they are both the same. It's just a perception thing. We all think of the Tiger as this huge beast but the Panther was very close in size.
